1. Is the program safe?

  Yes*. Completely. 100%. Guaranteed.

2. Any there any side-effects?

Well, that's not exactly true. There are side-effects, but they're all positive ones, including:

Shorter learning times
The need for less sleep

Now THOSE are the kind of side-effects you WANT to see, aren’t they?

 

If you find yourself feeling mentally foggy after a session, or unable to sleep, you may be overdoing your work with the program. As you delve deeper and deeper, unresolved material is brought to the surface and dissolves. This comes to pass.

 

Simply give yourself a couple of days break with the program, then start up again. You'll feel much better as a result!

3. Is it addictive in any way?
 

Obviously, with this kind of power literally at your fingertips, you might think so.

But all our studies have shown the reverse. It's completely non-addictive and can be used as often as you like.

 
4. Can anyone use it?

You don’t have to be a meditation master. Even if it's your first time meditating, you can still enjoy dramatic results.

5. How long will it take to work?
 

Minutes.

6. Will the program affect my health? 
 

Yes, it will. Definitely.

The Meditation Program helps you relax, de-stress and rejuvenate your immune system. Listen to it all the way through, and you'll actually slow down the aging process!

That's what happens when you really relax and let your body regenerate itself. You'll feel terrific, look great and live longer.

 
7. What if I fall asleep while listening?
 

Don't worry.

Although we suggest remaining awake during each program, it's absolutely fine if you fall asleep. You'll still experience the fantastic, mind-expanding benefits - and you'll enjoy a deep, refreshing sleep, eventually waking up feeling great!

 
8. My mind is busy with thoughts. What can I do?
 

Don't worry. Everybody gets like this when they first start meditating.

 

The trick is to simply allow whatever happens just to happen. Most people spend time fighting their thoughts, which, naturally, makes them even worse.

 

If you're meditating, and your mind starts to wander, simply acknowledge your thoughts, allow them to be there, and return yourself to a "silent mind" when you're ready. Don't fight your thoughts: they're perfect valid.

 

Remember, the experience will happen just as it should. Respect whatever occurs, and never get frustrated. Wandering thoughts are all part of the pattern. You don't have to maintain a perfectly still mind - and you'll still enjoy the many varied benefits of meditation.

 
9. Are there any subliminal messages in these recordings?
 

Absolutely not. There are no hidden messages on any of our recordings.

Each CD contains composed sounds, binaural beats, and monaural beats. That's all!

 
10. Can I play the CDs while driving my car?
 

No. Definitely not.

Avoid driving or operating machinery when you listen. Remember the recordings are meant to relax you. You don't want to fall asleep and risk injuring yourself.

For best results, listen in a quiet space at home or in your office, if that's convenient.

 
11. How much time should I set aside every day?
 

You can start off listening to the shorter 30-minute recordings at Level 1.

Depending on how much time you have, you could do this every day for a week. Then move on as explained in the Recommended Listening Program.

If time is limited, try working through each Level month by month. Listen a few times a week, whenever you can. Then move on when you think you're ready.

Just be careful not to rush. Let your mind and body adapt to get the most from the program.

 
12. I've finished the Recommended Listening Program. What now?
 

Firstly, congratulations! You're already well aware of the powerful benefits you can experience with this fantastic program!

Now you've reached Level 8, the effects are practically permanent. We do however recommend that you continue listening to Level 8 at least a couple of times each month. This helps ensure you continue experiencing this profound, awe-inspiring benefits of the program.
