If you're meditating, and your mind starts to wander, simply acknowledge your thoughts, allow them to be there, and return yourself to a "silent mind" when you're ready. Don't fight your thoughts: they're perfect valid.
Remember, the experience will
happen just as it should. Respect whatever occurs, and never get frustrated.
Wandering thoughts are all part of the pattern. You don't have to
maintain a perfectly still mind - and you'll still enjoy the many
varied benefits of meditation. |
